A merchant's catalog — supplier sheets, product data, images and store exports — belongs to that merchant. It is used only to produce that merchant's listings. It is never shared with another merchant, never sold, and never used in CatalogIQ marketing without the merchant's written consent.
If a merchant connects a store, CatalogIQ uses only the access needed to deliver and publish approved listings. The merchant can revoke that access at any time in their own store admin; on cancellation, connection credentials are deleted.
Pilot requests arrive by email. Sample-pack material sent by a merchant who does not subscribe is deleted after the sample is delivered and the follow-up window closes.
The merchant can export their full catalog and change log. House copies of catalog data are then deleted within the window stated in the subscription terms.
The listing lab on the homepage runs entirely in your browser — entries stay on your device and are not transmitted. The pilot request form opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you press send there.
